Help dogs and cats across the globe!

Millions of dogs and cats roam the streets worldwide. Many of these animals may suffer from starvation, dehydration, exposure to the elements, injury and disease. HSI wants every free-roaming dog and cat to get the care they need. Shelter, food, vaccinations and spay and neuter can greatly improve the quality of life for these animals, reduce unwanted litters and can mean the difference between life and death on the harshest days.

HSI provides veterinary training in high-quality spay/neuter surgery and empowers communities to be more engaged in understanding and caring for the needs of the dogs and cats in their neighborhoods. We address the root causes of animal suffering, and in collaboration with our partners, develop humane and sustainable programs to improve the welfare of dogs and cats in countries around the world. You can help too. Spay, neuter and vaccinate your pets and encourage others to do the same.
