End the wolf cull in British Columbia!
The British Columbia government has spent over $2 million of taxpayer money inhumanely killing wolves under the guise of attempting to save struggling caribou populations. Wolves are killed using inhumane methods including aerial gunning and neck snares, often causing long, drawn out deaths. Horrifically, wolf pups are being killed as well; government contractors are collaring and tracking pups, then slaughtering the pups and their families once the pup returns to its pack.
Wildlife experts have stated that killing wolves will not save caribou; caribou are struggling as a result of habitat loss due to industrial development, which is being authorized by the BC government.
