End wildlife killing contests in British Columbia!
Wildlife killing contests legally take place in British Columbia every year. During these contests, animals are senselessly killed to accumulate points towards winning cash and/or prizes. These animals are killed indiscriminately, without any regard for their suffering.
Allowing wildlife killing contests to continue is a clear rejection of the values held by the vast majority of British Columbians. Many U.S. states, including California and Washington, have already outlawed these shameful attacks on wildlife.
As a province that prides itself on its native wildlife and conservation leadership, it is shocking that BC continues to allow these cruel and unscientific contests.
